im up for it have a wedding in 5 weeks and cant seem to get motivated by myself to lose weight.its so hard then the more i think of it the more junk im eating:(:(:(:(

OK Ladies!!! Today's the day! It's time to start working our butts off and counting points or whatever diet you choose! I personally will be sticking with Weight Watchers. So, here is my starting info: I'm 5'9", 220 pounds and I'm allowed 30 points per day. For those of you who are interested or familiar with WW I'm going to pass along my favorite breakfast food recipe! Get this...it's an EGG MCMUFFIN! YUM!
4 ½ point Egg McMuffin
English muffin (2 pts.), 2 egg whites (1pt.), 1 slice 2% cheese (1pt.), 1 tsp. Light mayo (1/2 pt.)
Split the English muffin and put it in the toaster. Then take a regular cereal bowl and spray some PAM in the bottom of it, put two egg whites in the bowl (no need to stir) and pop it in the microwave for approximately a minute to a minute and a half. Take your toasted muffin put the cheese on the bottom, then the egg, then salt and pepper if desired then the mayo on the top. And that's it! A 4 1/2 point breakfast in less than FIVE minutes and it is sooo delicious!

Sorry everyone...I just looked at all of your profiles and realized that we're not all Ladies here! OOPS! Hehe!! So let me rephrase my intro.....OK Y'ALL!!!! (Sorry...I'm a southern belle!) Let's get our butt's in shape because I don't know about you but I am SO TIRED of being FAT! Oh and remember....NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS.
