Lipozene

I was thinking about trying a weight loss drug called Lipozene. Does anyone know anything about this drug? Is it safe?

I think if anyone is going to be taking a diet supplement, that they should take Alli...afterall it is the ONLY FDA approved drug.  The Kmart here where I live has a sale going... double pack for $50.  I am debating buying some, as I have a tight budget.  I know it works though...ack! Decisions, decisions. I guess I could go the good ol' fashioned American way..."CHARGE IT!"

i recommend alli. it makes no promisses to melt the weight off without dieting or exercise. just the opposite. you HAVE to eat healthy on the plan. i took it in jan 08 and by march 08 i lost over 20 lbs. ok, i gained it all back, but that's because i went back to eating and drinking whatever i wanted. it does work well though. i have a heart condition and can't take any diet pills cuz of the caffeine and "herbs" that send your heart into overdrive. alli was completely different. i had no side effects and it actually did work faster then diet and exercise alone. just follow the plan, and don't go over your fat intake, or you'll get some gastrointestinal side effects--the packet explains it all.

My mom bought it. Used it for a month or two. Didn't work.

I wouldn't waste my money. All OTC diet pills are at best scams and at worst dangerous to your health.
Even with prescription diet medications (which are actually tested for efficacy and safety, unlike the OTC preparations), to maintain any weight loss you have to keep taking them indefinitely.

I've never heard of it.  Maybe someone else has.  We tend to stick mostly with diet and exercise here in order to make lifestyle changes to keep off whatever weight we lose.  You might try Weight Loss Alternatives - I'm sure someone there could help you.

Good Luck.
