Hello and good morning everyone. How are we going on this fine, foggy morning - oh, it's not foggy in your neck of the woods, huh? lol Well, it's lifting here, too... We're having a bit of tropical issue come through, though it's not going to be anything big. It's kind of early in the season, but maybe we'll get it all out of the way and be done with it... nah, I don't think so. :-)
Anyway, I wasn't doing too well last week, because I'd gained 2+ pounds and I'm in a better place this week, because I've dropped that back off again, so I'm back where I was 2 weeks ago... grrrr I think I've made the comment that I've gained/lost the same 10 lbs several times over the past 10 yrs. I'm getting pretty familiar with this scenario by now and it's getting pretty old. About the time I think I'm doing well, something happens and it all goes to heck.
I'm going on vacation up north in 14 days and I'd really like to drop at least a few pounds before I go, so I'm really going to try hard - we'll see how it goes.
So - how about everyone else? I know most of you have been doing very well, even in spite of being ill and/or having other family issues, etc. Let us know your story this week.
