I'm really late with the weigh in today, because we had some things to take care of away from home this morning.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful successful week; I turned out better than I expected. I finally broke loose from my 147 that I've been holding for several weeks and dropped 1.4 pounds; so I'm now down to 145.6. I've had a very stressful week and my appetite hasn't been real good, so that may be the problem.
It looks like this coming week is going to be another "toughy", so we'll see how it goes. I've also been feeling like my thyroid levels are a little higher than they should be, so that could have a bearing, as well.
