I totally understand. I was eating once a day and the first week lost 3 pounds. I kept at it but nothing was happening. You need to eat more then once a day. I start the day with a slim fast. Small lunch and good dinner before 10. You just need to come up with a schedule and keep eating at the same time during the day. I hope that helps a little.
Eating once a day does more harm than it helps. Breakfast is important. Intead of 3 square meals try 6 small meals spreap out.
You need to eat a least 3 meals a day plus two healthy snacks your body needs food and vitamins and rest. Your Boby metabolim will not work properly - you may need to speakbto a dietian also for good advice I hope this helps
