Eat more often, small amounts. Some recommend eating 6 times daily. Try those energy shakes. Drink more water.
Thank you. I'm doing it myself & what you mentioned is what I do when I'm trying to maintain my weight I'm trying to lose 30 pounds by June or July. So im exercising every day & eating as small as possible.
Are you on a program or u doing it yourself? You can always keep fresh fruits and vegetables around try to eat 3 meals plus two snacks per day get you some protein meal replacement bars, shakes
