There's a book or an online program. Basically they tell you what to eat 6 days out of the week; healthy 3 meals and 2 snacks. Then on the 7th day, you can eat whatever you want in moderation, which boosts your leptin levels, signaling to the body that you're not on a restrictive diet so it allows you to drop more pounds. Sounds like a good plan... I've got a wedding to go to in Mexico in a week so I'm not starting anything til after that, since I'll just blow it right away! lol But might give it a shot after I'm back.
