I have tried alot of fad diets and finally came to conclusion of how to lose weight by healthy eating and excercise, thorugh this i lost 5 stone which i am chuffed with.
However, i've been trying to get he last half a stone off for about 3 months now with no luck. i was consuming 1500 calories a day and about 300 calories a day at gym lost about 2 pounds and got stuck on this.
Now i've been trying with 1800 calories and burning 500 at gym and still the exact same weight, its so upsetting because i really and trying and am getting go down about it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
oh i am 20 years old, weigh 66kg and am 5ft 7.
