If you're in a hurry try a tablespoon of peanut butter true it has some fat and protein but it will work I also have pure protein bars or quest bars when I need a high-protein quick breakfast
You could eat an omelette made with 2 eggs (high protein), spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc, with a slice of whole grain toast, or simply scramble 2 eggs and have spinach and whole grain toast on the side.
Actually, you can eat eggs any way you want them... even frying them isn't bad if you use no calorie cooking spray.
Have a carton of Greek yogurt (high protein) with a serving of fruit.
Make yourself a protein shake, using a high quality shake mix. There are tons of recipes for shakes, using both fruits and veggies, so you never have to get tired of any one recipe.
You don't even have to have "breakfast" type foods for breakfast. I've been known to have a tuna (high protein) wrap or chicken, as well.
