Hi...does anyone have any alternatives to sugary desserts?
Paddle pops :) there like 80 cal or less. Or frozen yogurt. Heathly baking. I made coconut biscuits the other day a heathly and super yum recipe.i csn give u it if u want. Or google/pinerest for heathly baking . I seach say heathly biscuits or heathly banana bread
Weight watchers has a really good salted caramel bar. Ben and Jerry's has a great fro yo. There are some made with almond and coconut milks too.

Sugar free jello and puddings are good. Best of all is fruit or a yogurt.
Skinny Cow Ice Cream cones - or other things. 150 calories for a chocolae fudge gone. Worth every stinking calorie.
