Walk or do exercises every day, get enough of sleep, drink a lot of water and eat healthy - eliminate the meat and eggs from food, reduce the dairy products, sweets, soda, white bread, coffee, eat three times a days and no eating after 7 pm. :)

Do you know your body fat percentage? Some drugstores have free gadgets for customers to use that display that. I think monitoring body fat is a good way to judge how much weight to gain or lose.
