So guys i posted last week asking when i was gonna se results.. I have been working out 5 days a week for about a hour. Running, Jogging, Walking, and doing weights. Also the eliptical. And i have not been sticking to a regualr eat this you cant eat this diet. But i have just eben eating breakfast lunch and dinner and not snacked. And have smaller portions. I have also quit pop totally. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks. I didnt weigh myself until last wednesday.. and i weighed myself last night... I LOST 7 POUNDS! Iw as so happy! I feel great! And it just gave me the boost to keep it up and maybe i can reach My goal!
