Also, have you ever heard of or tried colon hydrotherapy? It's a great way to clean yourself out!! :0 Hope that helps! :)
try Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formula #1. They're capsules. If you can't find it locally at a natural foods store or alternative medicine clinic I think you can get it online at www.herbdoc.com.
You could get one of the fiber supplements that you sprinkle on food or mix with water, but those are usually made from all vegetable fiber. However, they really work. Bran muffins, maybe. I use whole wheat double fiber bread, too. It's hard to get fiber without eating fruits and vegetables.
Drink one of these bad boys a day:
a milk shake or smoothie replace the milk with soy or yogurt of course though,
1 tsp flax
1 tsp psyllium
you can add fruit to it to make a smoothie
or just add chocalate soy milk or a not too sugary juice drink
I'm not sure if this will help since you are on a lower card diet, however I would strongly recommend the "All Bran" line of cereals by Kellogg's. There are several different cereals available with varying tastes, and varying nutritional information.
