I am on a strict 2 week diet and the food is rationed wirh so much precision that I can't stand it! I'm seventeen I used to have an awesome metabolism until I started to take the pill (contraceptive) and now my whole body has gone haywire and I have to admit that I didn't eat regualry I uswd to eat at any time of day and now it's terrible! what can I do to repell the cravings for food during the day?
