Have you ever tried Intermittent Fasting? Just look it up to find what will work for you. All you're doing to finding a good eating window during the day or whatever your schedule allows you to do and only eat then and then fast the remaining part of the day. But Google it: Intermittent Fasting. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months.
