Not sure how everyone has time to spend on that much exercise - by the time I get home from work and get my chores, etc done and get some supper, it's almost time for bed. I haven't even had time for my usual 30 minutes on the Wii Fit lately. I have been wearing my pedometer and put on slightly over 3 miles today, so that's better than nothing. I'm trying to hang in with you guys, but it's getting pretty tough. Dr appt in the morning and hope to get thyroid med readjusted and more tests run - hoping that helps.

i did the 10 min cardio video on spark people where i am doing my calorie counting. It's great to do really really gets your heart pumping and its simple all you gotta do is jump around! I did finally find my WII Sports so today i did the boxing game also and its great too really made me feel like i was working my arms out! i feel much better but definetly tired cus i am weakling when it comes to working out plus on top of do these i still have all the chores of cleaning my house but hey more moving is better!
Did 30 minutes on treadmill and 20 on elliptical today. Feeling good today.
Oh, I love this! Now, if I'll just do it!!! Hmmmm. Loving and doing. But, I did do a 45-min. step class today that was pretty intense (130 BPM, if that means anything to you).
This was great! I need to take it easy on my joints so I just jogged in place instead of the jumping jacks. I do find the leg lifts challenging but it will be fun watching my strength increase until these are easy to do!
This morning I did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike (6 miles) and tonight I have a 1 hour Zumba class and a 1 hour water aerobics class...hope it all pays off.
It's on my list for when I get home tonight .. ;)
