i bought apedexin to lose weight is this a smart thing to do?

I've tried all sorts of dietary supplements, weight loss pills, appetite suppressants such as: LipoSan with Chitosan; Hydoxycut; Hoodia, Fahrenheit... etc.
The bottom line is that these pills can't mimic or substitute exercise and self-monitoring of food consumption... that kind of control (discipline) lies in the mind of the individual.  At best, some of these pills offer vitamin and mineral supplementation, which you could get in most inexpensive 1 a day vitamin/ mineral tabs. At worse, they do nothing but rev up your heart rate (which may not be safe) and thin out your wallet (which may not be smart).

I have been using the product Apedixen for about one week now with taking to pills aday and working out with it as well and I haven't yet seen any results as of yet. I trying to lose about 15 pounds by the end of May 09. I'm starting to think that this product is a bust!!!!! I still have hope thoe.

I don't advocate the use of diet pills because a lot of them can be downright dangerous and if they DO work short term, you will most likely gain back any weight lost as soon as you stop taking them.  To answer your question, I did a quick search on apedexin and found one sight that mentioned several unpleasant side effects.  

There is no "miracle" for losing weight.  You put the weight on over a period of time (unless you have medical issues which could cause rapid weight gain) and you will have to take it off the same way.  

A healthy diet and moderate exercise program is the best bet for lasting weight loss.  If you would like to stay with us and keep posting, we can help you accomplish that.  Or you can try posting your question on the Weight Loss Alternatives forum.
