I took the liberty of looking at your food tracker -- the first thing I see, is that you are not eating nearly enough calories.
I don't know your age, or sex, so if you care to let me know, I'll be glad to calculate calorie needs for you. Not taking in enough calories will cause the body to hold onto existing fat stores, because it thinks it's starving. Dropping to a 1200 - 1500 calorie diet, is not for everyone; it depends on your age, sex, current height and weight, plus activity level. Your calorie intake must be based on your individual needs.
I would also suggest that you have your thyroid checked, along with insulin/blood sugar levels to see if you are insulin resistant/diabetic. Both reduced thyroid function and insulin resistance will cause either weight gain or inability to lose.
Well there has to be a reason why your not losing have u had your thyroid checked? I'll tell u how I helped a friend loose 123lbs I lost 40. First we cut our caloric intake here's an example if u are eating 2000 calories a day cut it down to 1500 to start. No sweets no white breads no cereal. Eat reduce cal wheat bread 35 calories per slice eat a lot of chicken breast grilled broiled or baked no fried anything. Eat a good breakfast eggs toast berries orange juice. have a mid afternoon snack like an apple or orange, berries, walnuts just a small amount. lunch a salad with balsamic or red wine vinaigrette some chicken strips tomatoes. Then a late afternoon snack again some fruit or carrot sticks then your dinner a chicken breast a piece of fish a lot of veggies if u want potatoes eat sweet potatoes their less calories or a healthy choice dinner. never eat past 7 at night if u do munch on some uncooked veggies or have a low fat yogurt, u have to taylor your diet to fit u. Walk everyday walk and do weight's or machines to tone and firm the more muscle u tone /build the more fat u burn. After u see your losing cut your calories down another 200 after about 2 months or so u want to give your body time to adjust. Its not easy at first it take a lot of determination give yourself incentive, buy yourself a new pair of jeans in a smaller size hang them where u see them all the time. I'll tell u there is no better feeling when u grab those jeans and they slide on and zip up. Also remember moderation after you know your loosing and are strong enough to stop at one cookie or 1 slice of pie small slice u can have that once a week. Pick a day at the end of the week & if u lost that week u can celebrate & have a couple cookies or slice of pie if u even want to. GOOD LUCK!!!! If u need more pointers or just support your welcome to contact me....
