I am 5 ft. 11.5 inches and currently weigh 207lbs,I am depressed and scared that I have failed in all my efforts and I don't know where else to turn. My thyroid levels are normal as well.

thankyou for your response,I recently had my thyroid levels checked and my doctor said they were normal.I will have my vitamin D levels checked for sure.
I was looking at some of the sites with healthy diets and they've all stated that when you cut calories more than what your body needs you can gain, you need a certain amount of calories to burn fat,I guess I did my self an injustice by thinking the more calories I cut the more weight I will lose.My weight loss slowed and I hit a brick wall and was heart brocken every time I stepped on the scale within the last few months. My doctor's only help was I should accept my size because my father is a big person,I should accept my genes but I can't,I've come so far and I refuse to accept this,I want to be at a healthy weight and I want to be happy with me.

I would strongly suggest that you talk with your doctor about having your thyroid levels checked.  Weight gain/inability to lose is one very common symptom of hypothyroidism, which can also contribute to your cramps.  You might also want to have your vitamin D levels checked.

In addition to that, I must say that if you cut your calories in half, your body has likely gone into "starvation mode", which is preserving fat, thinking that there won't be enough food.  I think you would do better to bring your calorie intake back up to something healthy and continue with your exercise.  But do check with your doctor....
