WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT(LONG)

Hello,I started dieting and exercising around march this year and to date I have lost about 11kg,I go to the gym an average of 3 to 5 days a week doing 30-60 min cadio and 30-1hr30 min weightlifting daily,I eat btw 1500-2000 calories a day though I smetimes eat more on a bad day. During these past months I have taken different types of weightloss supplements, from acai berry, alli, carbs blocker etc some are even herbs locally made in my country that causes diarrhea but all to no avail. My starting weight was 106kg and now 96kg,I've been weighing 96/95 for the past 3months,my trainer himself is baffled at why my weightloss is so slow while my friend that started 2mnths after me has lost about 28kg so far. I had done a thyroid function test last week and the result came back normal. I have stopped going to gym for a week now and have gone back to my bad eating habits since I feel am just wasting my time and effort but am trying to motivate myself to start again in january but I need help in knowing what am doing wrong and how to change. Thanks.

Check the % of fat/carbs/protein in your daily diet.I find that if my calories from fat are above 30% for the day I won't lose weight regardless of the calorie count.
