I agree with Barb. I've tried it, did not lose anything. Save your money!
Don't spend your $ on it. It is good for you because it has antioxidants, etc, but as far as weight loss, there's nothing to support that.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, low/no fat dairy, lean meats, etc, along with moderate exercise and you will get the same benefits, plus losing weight.
