1.
I will learn to say "no" so as to not do the things I know are not helping me. Ex: telling the scheduler at work that I don't want to work on the other side of the facility as I am not comfortable with doing that at this time.
2.
I will take the time to "read" some long overdue books in my collection
3.
I will start to "organize" my "to do list"...lol which is getting longer, but needs to be prioritized to start getting things done.

Well, 1 thing was to listen to a friend and make a doctor app't - need to FINALLY find out why I've been so tired. I DID IT!!! (made the app't! You wouldn't believe what a positive and tooth-pulling step this is for me!)
2, I WILL make it to my goal weight. In other words, I WILL see a certain Drill Sergeant in a TuTu!!!
3. I will eat right and exercise for my health, NOT for anyone else (even though I am positively going to kick a little TuTu Bootie!). I will ask myself before each meal and snack if I'm eating because I'm hungry or if hunger is eating me.
They've all been somewhat stressful and trying for several months now. I'm not sure what I CAN do to turn it around.
I'm with Stella - I want to lose pounds, but right now, I'll settle for just a couple so long as they go away and STAY off.
I guess my second one is to not lose faith or give up trying.
I don't have a 3rd one either.
My first one is checking on you and making sure all is well :)
I want to rid at least 10 pounds ( maybe 15) by the middle of May
I don't know the third one.
