Weekly Challenge!!

  The goal is to lose 0.4 lbs by this time next Sunday.  We can record our losses (yes, I'm assuming that we are all going to succeed) on the Sunday weigh in.  

Let's all make sure we keep our exercise tracker up to date, and open to other members so we can help each other track progress.  


You can copy/paste and add your name, beginning weight and I'll move that forward each week.  I don't think Elaine specified how long she wanted the challenge to run.  We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.  

Okay, here we go -- anyone who signed up - and ayone who wants to join in,add yourself to the list; and we will be off and running.
