What should I do?

I find that I have a mostly normal diet, with my only big problem being too little water consumption and maybe less junk food. But the reason I have such a high weight is that I don't exercise, like, at all. I find myself saying "Oh, I'll do it later," or "Whatever I can start tomorrow."  Also, I feel quite embarrassed to do it around my family because they always say that I really need to lose weight but I don't want to do it and not succeed and then disappoint them. Plus, I've had very bad experiences with exercise like running miles for gym class that have given me a negative view on it and even cause me to have anxiety before I'm forced to work out. Any help?

Ask your doctor to prescribe you Duromine.

Its an appetite suppressant and a stimulant, It'll have you bouncing off the walls with energy.
I've found going to see doctors who speak english poorly, or are foreigners will give it to you without an issue. Tell them that you've been trying your whole life and feel like giving up you're really miserable ect really play how sad you are that you're overweight and they usually feel bad enough and give it to you for three months.

You want the 30mg not the 15mg as the 15mg one hardly works.

What do you do (or would you LIKE to do) for fun? Even cleaning the house, gardening, playing with the dog/baby/whatever counts as exercise! Give yourself credit for ALL physical movement you already do, then do more of it. Also, going for a short walk helps get you motivated, or do a 5-10minute exercise app in your own room. No one has to know. Getting started is the hardest part. Maybe some of your family will even go walk with you!
