can't lose weight.
i am 23 years old and weigh 72kg, i workout for atleast an hour everyday and eat very healthy but my weight is not going down. i lost 2kg in a week and nothing since then.
i eat under 1000 calories a day and burn at least 1200 everyday. i read that drinking more water can help so am trying that
