Keep in mind that there is no accurate calculation for how many calories you should eat or how many calories you burn during exercise. 20 extra calories is going to effect me a lot differently than someone else, 10 push-ups may burn more calories for someone else. The results you get from these calculators are nothing more than very basic guidelines for a starting point to figure out what works for you. Trial and error is the only way to figure it out for sure. Get a good starting point and get on a routine for a while, change things up a bit and see how it effects you. You can train your body to burn calories more efficiently by eating small meals more frequently, drinking plenty of water, and adding some exercise. Stay consistent and make changes accordingly.
You're right, you have to burn more calories than you eat, so if your eat the calories you burned, you will only maintain your current weight, not lose weight.
But don't you have to burn more than what you eat? Why does it want me to eat more calories. Haha just alittle confused
I think so because u burn off calories. .
