hi have you thought about juice plus ?
Ok thanks everyone im still going to go on my bike and wii im also going swimming startingm monday some great tips thanks paige x
You have set your goal of 20kg, the key is to knock smaller goals out of the park, for example set a goal to exercise that bit extra every week and make the right food choices. Keep track of your calorie intake. Less carbs and more lean meat such as chicken and fish. Drink plenty of water. The key to the beach body you want is 70% diet and 30% exercise. Persistence and being consistent in everything you do is essential. Once you get a hold of your eating plan its going to be tough but after a week or two your body will become adjusted and you should feel much better!

You shouldn't be so quick to judge.... Not everyone has a safe place they can go running or ride a real bike or access to some place they can go swimming, without joining a gym - I happen to be one of those. I'm all for a person doing whatever exercise they can, whether it be inside on the Wii and exercise bike, going to the gym or running outside, swimming, etc. The simple fact that peadot is moving is a step in the right direction.
The idea is to make healthy lifestyle changes that one can live with.
Get off that Wii and exercise bike and go running outside and ride a real bike. This will be alot harder and better.
Drink loads of water, 2.8 Liters for you I think. If you are hungry don't go eat something, first take a good mouthful of water. There is maybe a chance that your body is just saying that you are dehydrated. If you are still feeling hungry take a little snack, like an apple With Skin.
20 kg is alot, so you should try exercise your howl body, swimming is a great sport that trains almost every muscle.
Why training everything? When losing fat at a fast tempo the skin hasn't time to thighten everything up, so you maybe lose 20kg but you will have loose skin, that isnt that pritty aswell.
For food, try eating super foods, just look them up.
Bye bye

Safe weight loss is considered to be 1 - 2 lbs/week (2.2-4.4 kg). You can do, but you'll have to be very diligent, with your diet, as well as exercising.
Don't drink sodas or eat any junk food. Eliminate everything that contains white flour or white sugar, potatoes, etc. Make water you drink of choice, but you can also drink unsweetened tea and coffee.
Eat lots of veggies and make sure you get some protein with every meal/snack.
