You will always find an excuse not to work out. If you tell yourself you don't have the energy or aren't in shape enough, you are not going to lose weight. Cardio is important. Even if you just start by walking for 30 Mins a day and challenge yourself every day you will see more progress.
I know it's hard and ur impatient but if u lose that much weight that quickly u will make urself I'll, u should only lose between 1-2lbs per week if u lose more then it's actually ur muscle mass and not fat that u r losing.
There's nothing that's going to help you lose immediately. You didn't gain your weight all at once, unless it's caused by a medical condition, so you can't lose it all at once.
You'll have to incorporate a plan of healthy eating, with as much exercise as you can tolerate. The better you eat and the more you exercise, the more energy you will have -- again, provided that your lack of energy isn't caused by a medical condition, such as hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency, etc.
If, either, your weight or your lack of energy is caused by a medical condition, that should be addressed prior to undertaking a weight loss program.
