Any fad diet as the same outcome especially if they involve shakes three times a day etc once you go back to eating the weight just piles back on. My advice on these products would be to use them as a starting block for 2-3 weeks to get you going, after that HEALTHY eating of a varied diet, smaller portions, regular exercise should give you results x
While juicing may have some health benefits, I agree that using juicing (or any cleanse) cleanse is mostly a fad, and you need to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your plan, or you will only regain the lost weight.
