It is important to reduce calories, but the ultimate answer to your post is to excersise like a maniac. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the best form as it increases your heart rate in short bursts and then lowers it quickly, thus speeding up metabolism and continuing the calorie consumption hours after the workout. Try running at 13-15KM/ hr for 30 seconds to a minute then reducing speed down to 6.5KM/ hr for 30 seconds to a minute and repeat this for 30-40 minutes, depending on level of ability. Push through the burn but always listen to your body. Hope this helps
Reducing your calorie intake will help you lose weight. My doctor just put on a 1000 cals a day a week ago and Ive already dropped 5 pounds. Im not hungry at all bc Ivebeen eating very good foods. Dont deprive your self. Hope this helpsand good luck.
