Plan b or implantation

I had sex Saturday the 7th. He went in and out only 5 times (I had something else to attend to) he had a condom on the whole time (We checked it after and their were no wholes or leaks) and he did not ejaculate near my vagina. However i got panicked because I’m not in the position for another child. And i took plan B. However today 8-9 days after sex i had light bleeding/ spotting/discharge. Period is due in a week. No other symptoms of pregnancy. Could this blood have been implantation or just side effects from plan b? And based on my situation could i even get pregnant?
