3 weeks late 4 neg test and tons of symtoms

I always get my period the beginning of last week of the month, it is now mid december and i still haven't gotten it. i took a test on 12/8, 12/10, 12/13, and 12/15 and they were all negative. i am using paragard for birth control and that's it. i had my daughter a year ago(-3days).i have a ton of signs that i may be pregnant, my head hurts, lower back hurts, lower abdominal cramps, dizziness, nausea, heartburn, fatigue, peeing all the time, extremely moody(went off on my fiance for 20 minutes because he bought regular huggies instead of the Santa ones), bloating, milky discharge, and heightened sense of smell(i could smell a pack of gum that someone had in there pocket at work). On top of that when i was pregnant before i would get these shooting pains that would start in really lower back almost to the butt that would shoot down my legs, well those started today. Don't know what to do, very confused.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Stress is one of the causes of delayed period, but if there is a history of any unprotected intercourse, then it needs evaluation for any birth control failure and to confirm the status of pregnancy, I suggest you to test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also then I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Ignore the first couple sentences.  Forgot to erase them after reading up on Paragard.

Birth control can cause the sort of symptoms you describe (minus the shooting pain; can't explain that one away).  The only thing that is odd is that you're so late with your period.  It might be related to the fact you're using an IUD.  I have a friend who never has periods because she has the Mirena.  However, it is giving hormone with the added effects of an IUD, which yours is not.  If you weren't told to expect delayed or missed periods, schedule an appointment with your gyno to see what's going on.  From what I read on Paragard's site, you should still be having periods.
