Because the "early pregnancy" symptoms can be caused from anything between stress and thyroid disorders it's really hard to say yes or no with a positive test.

It takes about 2-3 weeks after possible conception to get the most accurate home pregnancy test. However, if the pain in your breast reduces you to tears perhaps you should see a dr. They will likely do a blood test which can be a lot more sensitive than the urine tests.

If you are pregnant I suggest you decide on your next move before telling your parents- especially if you think your parents my push you into a decision you don't want. If you aren't pregnant I suggest you straight up- you are on the path to conceiving and teen pregnancies don't usually turn out pretty. I don't know if that's your goal, but if it is I strongly advice against it. If you think you're ready for a baby, baby sit a for 6 months; you will see just how unready you are. I was my niece's nanny from 12 to 17 and let me tell you that's not a life for a teenager. Get on birth control, start using condoms.
