Period Problems

I'm 13 and started my period a little later than most girls. Sometimes my period won't come for 2-3 months. I'm a little worried because I have short periods too. I assumed it's because I'm very active and skinny, but I don't know. Can anyone help?

Actually this is quite normal for your age.  Being irregular is a common thing for teen girls and especially young teens.  The best thing to do is really, talk to your mom.  she's the BEST source of information for you and would want you to open up to her. She's also the one to take you to the doctor IF it is something that is a cause for concern.  This isn't though as, again, it's normal.  good luck
