False positive tests of ANA are very common but in your case, since you are having autoimmune thyroiditis also, it is more likely to be due to the thyroid condition rather than PCOS, endometriosis or ovarian cancer. For ovarian cancer, get CA 125 levels done. For PCOS, you can get tests like 2 hr GTT,serum androgen and testosterone levels,LH-FSH ratio,prolactin levels,TSH levels,17-hydroxyprogesterone levels and 3D ultrasound done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
