Bad odor after sex?

Jxh
I had sex about three days ago and just yesterday I noticed a bad odor coming from my vagina. I noticed it while I was at work and I lasted all day. I was super nervous and paranoid because I felt like everyone around me could smell it since I was aware of it. The first time I had sex with this person I didn't have usual odor after but with this second time it's kind of strong and I thought that showering would get rid of it but it hasn't gone. I used my regular summer's eve wash twice but it's coming from INSIDE my vagina, not my vulva. After I got out, I was in a towel for some time and when I stood, discharge came from inside me. It was watery, white, and smelly! Then I took a mirror and saw that there was a tiny chunk of goo! I'm still a little distraught, but I'm probably just overreacting. The guy didn't ejaculate inside me, so it's not that. Is my body just having a normal reaction that no one teaches us will happen? Will the smell go away?

Most likely it is bacterial vaginosis which is well known for creating an odor that is foul.  It generally does not itch and the discharge is thin, watery and sometimes greyish in color.  See you ob/gyn or a doctor or go to a clinic like Planned Parenthood and they will swab you and be able to tell you pretty quickly. You take antibiotics for it.  And yes, it would be a good time to be screened for std's as well.  good luck hon

It might be your body telling you that the guy you had intercourse with, might've had some kind of std. But don't panic! He might not show any symptom at all, and it is not at all your fault that you smell the odor. Stds are a curable disease, if attended to, promptly. Take both yourself, and your boyfriend to a clinic and talk about it. Nothig to be ashamed  of. Fairly common thing in women.Better talk about it than to be sorry forever. Very important to take your boyfriend to the clinic too, so he will stay healthy, and won't spread it.
