Black out spell

I have these symptoms and I am not anemic:
vision goes black for a few seconds
hearing loss for a few seconds
I get a sensation of a wave brushing through my body and up into my brain where it just stays and pounds and pounds. It hurts so bad.
I twitch and shake a little
I feel so so tired after
I have a major headache so bad I scream out
I am dizzy and my heart is racing so fast.
I am ALWAYS tired no matter how much sleep I get or how much I eat
We have tested EVERYTHING and nothing comes out.  They have diagnosed me with seizures but that's just a name to give to me.  We are continuing to test my heart and brain but nothing has come up so far.  It worsens around my period though.  It HAS to be something with my circulation, heart or brain though.

My brother use to black out a few times a day, he would stop, and stare for about 2 seconds, before catching himself midair, and trying not to get dizzy. The doctor said that was because he needed more salt, so hes currently putting more salt on his food, and its helping actually alot. So simple, huh? The hearing loss could be something that just happens, I think thats happen to me a few times before too. A twitch and shake? Everyone gets cold chills, I know people who have them really bad, and theres nothing to do about that. People say that means there ghost around you, ha, but theres no cure for something like that. IF your ALWAYS dizzy and your heart is racing fast, that could be high blood pressure. Check these out and maybe they'll help? I tried(: Best of luck!
