Brown, bloody liquid when I wipe..

Hi, I'm 21 years old, and lately I've been noticing some dark brown vaginal bleeding. It's not necessarily a discharge type of fluid, the kind that occurs during a yeast infection. It has more of a bloody type of texture involving blood clumps kind of like during a period. I did have a situation on the 24th of February where I had to take a Plan B pill, and a few days later I started my period 10 days early. It was normal period that lasted 5-6 days, but after that I started noticing the dark blood whenever I wipe. I did research on it and the most relatable case would be the recycling of leftover endometrial cells. The problem is that this occurs a good 3-4 times a day, almost every time I wipe, and it's usually more than a light amount, but not its's not super heavy. I would appreciate if someone can help me understand this situation a bit more :) Thank you.
