Bumps on inner vagina lips, they have a hard ball inside of them no pain.

I would never know if i didn't clean my self. I have no pain from them. Both bumps are on same side. One bigger than the other one on inside of vaginal lip and a small one near my hole. on the other side facing the small one slight irritation. I have had one yeast infection before. could this be one that too? I have been very busy and i have fell asleep in clots from the day a few time with out showering from being tired. I have been sexually active.

Could be hpv moles.  There's no pain associated with them

Do you shave down there? It could just be ingrown hair bumps or something. If they don't hurt I wouldn't worry too much about them. Just keep an eye on them for sure
