Pregnant?! Or plan B??

So I had SLIGHT unprotected sex the day after I got off my period. It went in twice but we stopped. I freaked out and took a Plan B, but because it was my last resort, it was expired. I took it anyway, and everything was fine until I started my period AGAIN 5 days later, due to the Plan B (I think?). So everything was normal until I noticed constipation and mood swings. I was using the restroom (tmi) and I was constipated and pushed hard so some pee came out with a very quick sting. So I wiped and there was very light pink discharge on the toilet paper. The next time I noticed the pink again, and no more after that. None in my underwear, only when I wiped those two times. So my question is.. was that implantation bleeding!? Or could that be from plan b?? (Note: it has been 13 days since the intercourse.) please help me out

Hello,
Pregnancy occurs only during the time of ovulation. Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary. It usually occurs regularly, around day 14 of a 28-day menstrual cycle. Intercourse just after your menstrual cycle with withdrawal method and taking post coital pills after that will not cause pregnancy.
One of the reasons for causing such spotting is of an early upcoming period. Other possibilities for such intermenstrual spotting are hormonal imbalance(can be due to PCOS),hypothyroidism, cigarette smoking or underlying Chlamydia infection while on birth control, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage after pregnancy and fibroids and polyps(rare in teenagers).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
