Can all my symptoms be the cause of the IUD?

Hello,
I got my Mirena IUD 4 years ago, my removal date is this up coming October. I have not had a period for the past four years I've had the mirena inserted, I do however get painful cramps. Last year I went in for a regular pap smear and was diagnosed with HPV. After a biopsy it was confirmed that it was not cancerous. About six months ago I started having these creepy palpitations/muscle spasms on my legs. They are not painful but super creepy to look at. They start as soon as I sit or lay down and can last up until I literally stand up. Just recently I started feeling them on my arms too, stomach, back, even on my face. I have also recently been feeling things in my eyes and after checking them I noticed these long, white, strands inside them ( I don't think this has anything to do with my IUD but it is still freaking me out lol ). I feel like I'm going crazy trying to figure out why these things are happening to me. I've read online about other women that have also been diagnosed with HPV after having the mirena inserted and have also experienced muscle spasms. Has anyone else experienced any of this>

That really doesn't sound related to be honest.  You can SEE the palpitations?
