Really worried about potential pregnancy

I had sex on February 5th. The following week I had a period. I now have another one but it's really late and much lighter than usual. I'm on day three but it's been barely noticeabe more like spotting. It's really heavy normally. I have acne and my stomach looks really big in a higher up place than usual (although I have a bit of weight on my stomach anyway ). I took a pregnancy test last week before this spotting arrived and it was negative. Should I wait til this sporadic spotting stops before I take another test?

I honestly can't tell if it's blood or discharge because I just noticed it when i wiped so issued a little tampon and it was half full when i took it out. I think it may be blood and it's been happening for three days now. I will take another test. Thanks so much for the reply.

ok so is it redish discharge or discharge with blood in it? If this is so, I would consider taking a another pregnancy test. This is a big indication of pregnancy.  If it is just blood, you are fine.  It is probably just a lighter period.  I would take another pregnancy test in about a week or so just to make sure.  I hope this helped.
