Cervicitis after being diagnosed with trich

Hello, I have diagnosed with trich three months ago and was cured. However, I had this lingering cramp in lower abdomen. I went back to the gyno, and that is when they told me my labs show M.homins infection which I later found out was a normal bacteria in the woman vagina. This was two months ago, and the problem got worse before I decided to schedule another appointment as well as see the ER. My symptoms were a pain in the lower abdomen and lower backache. The gyn did a 3rd swab and I am awaiting results. I am expecting to hear bad news because the results are still pending.  I went to the ER 3 times and the 3rd time they did a swab and conducted a STD test. All test were negative and the ER dr told me that she suspect some sort of bacteria that they are unable to test for. She prescribed me flagyl and gave me a shot of DOXY just in case I did not have PID. She told me my cervix was very red.  and it sort of doing the job except that I still have low back pain that is now causing a buring sensation and foul discharge that is slowly decreasing. The yellow look to the discharge has now left.  What could this be

Did you get your results back?  How long do you have to wait?  I know waiting is the hardest part of having medical tests done!
