Cracked nipples without any reason !!!??? Does it happen

I am 23 yrs old ... Not married but my nipples are broken and are like wounds from 3years I consulted doctor she suggested nipcare still I find no results doctors say there is no problem with breasts what might be the reason for this ? How to get rid of this? I am really worried

We have skin on our breasts like any other and it can become sensitive.  It can be dry like dry skin.  It rubs on our bras so friction happens.  Follow your doctors advice and use either a basic cream on them or whatever product it is you mentioned.  lanolin is a famous breast and nipple product.

But iam worried since it is not curing from past 3 ,4 yrs.... Is it ok or will it lead to any problematic situation

Do you go braless and wear cotton shirts? Sometimes that can be rough on the nipples.

I second the suggestion to find some pure lanolin and use it. I used to get mine at a shop for things having to do with babies.

So is it better to use bras ??? Since some people said go braless I reduced using bras.... I found boroline is it a better one

Bras protect the nipples from friction from clothing. Maybe that is the entire problem. Just be sure the bra itself is soft on the inside, though I cannot imagine any bra made that is not.
