Cuts on my vagina

PLEASE, I really need some advice!!!

I have two or three small cuts on ym vagina which showed up after having "rough" sexual intercourse with my boyfriend. I can only assume that I wasn't lubricated enough and when he would thrust my vaginal lips and surrounding skin was pulled and torn. It is now EXTREMELY painful to go pee and it feels like I have two bruises on mid-pubic bone. It's been almost a week and they still haven't healed and I've actually stopped drinking water/milk/juice/ any liquid so I don't have to go to the bathroom. Is there anyway to heal these cuts faster, because even walking around is uncomfortable. PLEASE!! I really need some advice.

There could be multiple reasons as to why the wounds aren't closing. If it's creating large amounts of discomfort I suggest going to a doctor or gynecologist who can do a proper diagnosis on them and refer you to proper treatment.

It could also be that your wounds have healed and you have something else now, like a urinary infection; if it's been around for a week, and you haven't already seen a doctor, go in ASAP. Not that it seems like anything serious, but it surely seems like something easily fixed by a medical professional.
