Are you using certain products to mask the smell? Sometimes these products can actually make the smell worse in the long run...
Hello,
First of all it can be due to allergic reaction or contact dermatitis to your undergarments, sanitary napkins or tampons, soaps etc. There is no change in the colour or smell of discharge in this case.
Secondly, It can be due to vaginal infections or STD’s like Chlamydia or thrush for which you need to consult a doctor.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I have done many tests to determine what the cause is. All test have come back negitive. This includes all STI's, STD's, Yeast, trich, bacterial vag. I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be from tampons? After having three children, poor diet, very thin, maybe my body is rejecting tampons? I wear cotton thongs as i do not like any mesh type underwear.
I have stopped using tampons since a week ago, i have been using 1 quart warm water with two tablespoons of vinegar, so far it seems to work, i dont know about the long term tho? Any suggestions.
