Does 5mg folic acid and asprin help concieve and keep the pregnancy?

Hiya, My names stacey currently 20 yars old. I have recently got over my third micarridge and was forwarded to a fertility clinic to see why i was having these miscarridges all tests were negative but the docor has perscribed me 5mg of folic acid which is a higher dose than usual and also perscribed me asprin. Has anyone been perscribed these anddid it help conciving and keep the pregnancy?

Thank you all. The longest I did carry was 9 weeks that's why docs may think it's something to do with my blood

this can help in concieving yes, you may have a condition where the blood is too thick to reach baby therefore no oxygen will be getting to baby, taking aspirin will thin the blood and will help blood flow to baby, if you get pregnant you have a good chance of baby being fine but you will have to take this untill around 35 weeks, sorry for so many losses, good luck

Folic acid is to help prevent what are termed "neural tube defects." A defect will likely result in a form of spina bifida.

The folic acid is important to prevent a specific birth defect.  81-mg aspirin is often prescribed to help prevent a certain problem that can cause miscarriage.  I was on both when I was pregnant.  

They don't help with conception, they help prepare for it and help after it.
