Fallopian Tubes

My left tube is not demonstrated. My right tube is demonstrated but no spill out at the other end. Doc says i have right hydrosalpinx and left bloced tubes. can i go for ivf without treating the hydrosalpinx since it is affecting only one tube

a desperate cry for help...somebody plz help me one of my fallopian tubes are blocked i been tryin for many years to conceive..i have four kids but the last two which are 2 and 4 years old are miracle babies i was told by a physician i cant have anymore kids but i did with one blocked tube. i been tryin since my last child to have another baby with my husband and i havent been successful its been 2 yrs now..i dnt have money to get surgery to unblock it or for fertility drugs. its expensive i cant afford it..can somebodt plz help me.its so depressing and stressful wanting a baby with the love of your life and not being able to give that person that gift..sometimes im very suicidal and it hurts..please somebody help me...please

Yes, there are several assisted reproduction techniques that can be used.  If you have one okay fallopian tube then theoretically you can use GIFT where the egg and sperm are placed back in the fallopian tubes to fertilise where they normally would.

Otherwise there are IVF techniques that can be used where the egg is fertilized outside the body and then either placed back in the fallopian tube or into the uterus.
