please help me angel aka doctor!

Hello doctor..i m 19+ girl ( dob 3 nov 1993)
From past one and half year i m suffering from problem of periods. It started when i missed period first time..nxt month also i got no periods..at the end of next month i went to a doctor and she gave me medicine due to which within 14 days i got periods. But then again next month i got no periods. I was advised by doctor to daily drink evecare, a ayurvedic syrup by himalaya company. Because of that i got my periods but if i suppose one or two days didnt drink it..my periods would get late. For continuosly 3-4 months i drank that syrup but my date in every month used to get postponed. When i stopped that syrup..i again got no periods. then i tried some other homopathethic medicine also but no success..firstly periods wont come..and secondly if they come then postponed by 8-9 days. I was advised to have my blood and hormonal tests, which i m going to tell u..u plz tell me wat is the root cause or problem behind this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Your lab values are almost within normal limits. The cause of irregular periods could be due to hormonal imbalance (ruled out by your lab values) , stress, chronic illness, polycystic ovarian disease, thyroid gland disorders or diseases (ruled out), pituitary gland tumors or cyst, galactorrhea, prolactinomas etc. You should consult a gynecologist and get examined and investigated as soon as possible to know the exact cause of all these episodes. You may need a CT head and ultrasound abdomen also.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
