Could this be from the UTI I have or could I have an STD?

I haven't had sex in 3 years until a week ago. Right after, I used the bathroom, looked at my vagina, and took a shower. While I was looking at my vagina I realized there was a small bump at the bottom of my vagina opening. I didn't pay it any mind at the time because I thought it was just ripped a little. As the days went by, I went to the campus Doctor and decided to get an std screening and my results won't be back until another week. They said they'd call before then if something was wrong. They also did a urine test and I found out I have an UTI from holding my pee. The bump only hurts when I wipe or shower. Could this bump be from the UTI or an std ? I am so scared and I don't know what to do. Can someone please help.
